Mercy Tandoh, LMHC (Founder & Director)

With 15+ years of experience in the field, I enjoy helping people who are experiencing anxiety, life transitions, and different types of traumas.
I use evidence based practices such as CBT and ACT, and
I am certified in Brainspotting for treating trauma, PTSD,
depression, anxiety, and other symptoms.
I also have 7+ years of providing clinical supervision and consultation to
Master's Level & Licensed Therapists.

Noelia Gonzalez, MA
Counselor
Noelia is a bilingual counselor (English/Spanish) with 8+ years of experience in the mental health field internationally and in the United States. Noelia enjoys working with diverse age groups and treating diverse issues including depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, mood disorders, and other related symptoms. Noelia holds a Master's degree and has experience providing family therapy and parent support/training. Noelia prioritizes the therapeutic relationship and uses a strengths based approach, which serves as the foundation for treatment as clients move towards healing and wellness.

Marissa Rogers, MSW
Counselor
Over the past few years, Marissa has worked in nonprofit settings and provided mental health services to adolescents and families with complex trauma histories.
Marissa also references an intersectional approach with clients recognizing that identity plays a significant role in the way people experience the world.
Marissa holds a Master's degree and has experience with individual and family therapy as well as parent coaching. Marissa has helped clients with symptoms and behaviors related to self-harm, suicidal ideation, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
She uses a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to highlight
each family's journey.

Martina Gauderer, MA
Counselor
Martina (she/they) holds a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University and has over ten years experience in supporting individuals and communities through movement and community building in social justice spaces. She is especially passionate about and experienced in working with survivors of abuse and complex trauma, the LGBTQ+ community, and issues related to oppression and activism. Martina enjoys working with teens and young adults as well as older individuals, couples and families. She is a certified trauma-informed yoga instructor and is skilled in mindfulness and somatic practice and using the arts in psychotherapy. Her work is deeply grounded in anti-oppression and equity, and the belief that therapy is about empowerment, permission to be and celebration of our authentic selves, and ultimately turning our pain into our purpose.

Kayla Johnson, LMHC
Counselor
Kayla has multiple years of experience working with children ages 6+, teens and adults. She is knowledgeable about crisis intervention and suicide prevention, and also has the ability to provide evidence-based treatment to children and adolescents impacted by trauma and their parents or caregivers and adults. Kayla also provides support to address issues related to ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Parenting challenges, Relationship Issues, Self-Harm and related safety concerns.

Kinsey MacGregor, LICSW
Counselor
Kinsey has 8+ years of experience with ages 16+ and adults. Kinsey also enjoys addressing Maternal Mental Health related issues, and working with the Geriatric and Military population. Kinsey provides individual & family psychotherapy for issues related to Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Body-image, Self-esteem, Maternal Mental Health, Career Changes, Relational Conflict, DV, Sports Performance, etc. As your counselor, she is here to listen, provide support, and work together to help you improve your daily functioning.

Afton Greenidge, MEd.
Counselor
Afton holds a Master's degree with 7+ yrs of experience in the mental health field. She will support and give you tools to navigate the different challenges that impact your relationships, and your individual functioning. It's so important to have a good support system and yet there are many factors that impact your ability to communicate, be vulnerable and safely build trust with others. If you're struggling with symptoms related to anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma, it is even more challenging to connect successfully with others, without working through your own triggers and reconnecting with yourself first.

Keri Woodward, LMHC
Counselor
Keri enjoys working with Adolescents and Adults.
She provides individual psychotherapy for issues related to ADHD, Adoption, Anger Management, Anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Body Image/Body Positivity, Relational Conflict, Maternal Mental Health (including Postpartum Anxiety/Depression), and Trauma.
As a counselor, Keri focuses on the connection and attunement with her clients.

Christine Campbell, MS.
Counselor
Christine holds a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience in the mental health field working mostly with children and adolescents who have mental health struggles and severe emotional/behavioral challenges including symptoms related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, conflict resolution, issues with social media, self-advocacy and social skill deficits. Christine uses a strengths based approach in addition to other evidence based practices through a trauma informed lens. She acts as a passionate advocate for those she works with and empowers them to identify their strengths and utilize them.

Latoya Scott, MEd.
Counselor
Latoya holds a Master's degree and has 19+ years of human service experience across a variety of settings including, outpatient & community programs. She provides culturally sensitive and trauma informed treatment. Latoya has a broad range of experience working with children, teens, young adults, parents & adults and has a broad range of clinical experience to treat symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, family and relational conflicts, mood disorders, trauma, self-esteem issues, parenting support, and more.
