This is a virtual support and psychoeducation group that answers these questions:
1. How do everyday events and new impact us/trigger our trauma responses?
2. How do we validate our experiences and how we are adapting right now?
3. What new tools can we add to our routines/self-care tool box to be more grounded, mindful and to cope better?

Overview of Bravely Resourced Group

Join the Bravely Resourced Group, a 6-week initiative designed for adults aged 18-25, focusing on support and psychoeducation around trauma. Held virtually every Monday at 6pm starting mid-September, the group explores the interplay between everyday events, triggers, and trauma responses, fostering a supportive community of learning and growth.

Financial Considerations and Insurance

Financial accessibility is a priority, with options including BCBS and Cigna insurances and a self-pay alternative at $50/session. This ensures that a diverse group of individuals can benefit from the group’s resources and insights, enhancing their understanding and management of trauma.

Goals of the Group: Validation and Adaptation

Bravely Resourced aims to create a space where participants can validate their experiences and adaptations to their current circumstances. By acknowledging individual responses to trauma, the group encourages self-awareness, resilience, and a deeper understanding of one’s own journey through healing.

Developing Coping Mechanisms and Mindfulness

articipants will explore and integrate new tools into their routines and self-care arsenal. This includes strategies for grounding, mindfulness, and improved coping, all essential components for managing stress and trauma. By the end of the 6 weeks, participants will be better equipped to navigate their experiences and foster a sense of balance and well-being.
