Part-Time & Full-Time **Hybrid** Counselors: experienced Licensed and Master's Level/Pre-Licensed Child & Adolescent Counselors to join our team to provide BOTH in-person and telehealth counseling.​

RAI Team members:

Are anti-racist and social justice oriented

A copy of your Master's diploma and/or active license must be provided to RAI Counseling Services, LLC.

Use trauma informed and culturally diverse strategies
-
provide outpatient individual counseling, and family counseling to people from all racial backgrounds
-
Have 2+ years of experience working with children and adolescents
-
Have a minimum of 18 hours of availability per week (part-time)
-
Have availability to work between 3pm and 7pm at least two days a week.

Are comfortable providing in-person and telehealth services and using EHR for documentation

Are able to work independently, collaborate with team members, and be open to professional growth and development

Are organized and detail oriented

Have access to a private location to conduct teletherapy sessions and ensure HIPAA compliance

Have strong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
