  • Part-Time & Full-Time **Hybrid** Counselors: We are hiring LMHC's, LMFT's, LICSWs, LCSWs, LPCs and experienced Master's Counselors (MS, MA, M.Ed in counseling) to join our team to provider BOTH in-person and telehealth counseling.

RAI Team members:

  • Are anti-racist and social justice oriented

  • A copy of your Master's diploma and/or active license must be provided to RAI Counseling Services, LLC.

  • Use trauma informed and culturally diverse evidence based strategies

  • provide outpatient individual counseling, group counseling/workshops, and family counseling to people from all racial backgrounds

  • Have 3+ years of experience working with children and adolescents

  • Have experience facilitating group counseling or similar type of group workshops

  • Have a minimum of 18 hours of availability per week (part-time)

  • Have availability to work between 3pm and 7pm at least two days a week.

  • Are comfortable providing in-person and telehealth services and using EHR for documentation

  • Are able to work independently, collaborate with team members, and be open to professional growth and development

  • Are organized and detail oriented

  • Have access to a private location to conduct teletherapy sessions and ensure HIPAA compliance

  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
