Service Description

*This is an online group for adults in Massachusetts and group fees are non-refundable. *This group may be the right fit for you if you have had an extremely stressful experience, either currently or in the past that you would describe as distressing and that negatively impacted your capacity to cope, your belief system and/or emotional functioning. People sometimes have problems after extremely stressful events or experiences and you may even be aware of how much those experiences are bothering you, right now, on a scale of 1(low) to 10(high). Join us to get psychoeducation about trauma and the brain and body connection, as well as to learn ways to regulate the body and emotions. **This is not a crisis group and will not be a good fit for anyone experiencing recurring and active thoughts to hurt themselves or others.
