Scheduling

When you contact us, a member of our Admin Team, will follow up with you, get more details about your inquiry, and schedule the first session with an available counselor, as appropriate.

Before your first session (intake), we will also collect any relevant payment or insurance information so that we may verify your benefits

before your appointment begins.

Client Portal & Intake Forms

We use an online Client Portal system and after your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive an email invitation to create and account and complete required paperwork before your first visit. We highly recommend completing your paperwork on a computer/laptop for best results. Your counselor will also send you a video link for a Telehealth session about an hour before the appointment begins.

Payment Options/Insurance

We currently accept Self-Pay as well as most
Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health
and Cigna plans.
If you have a different insurance, a 'super bill' can be provided which may allow you get reimbursed
for 'Out of Network' costs.


*Our reduced fee RAI Cares program, which offers therapy with experienced Master's level counselors, is Self-Pay only.

*Please Note - Though we are happy to verify insurance benefits, it is your responsibility to contact your insurance provider and verify any co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and/or out of network costs that apply
prior to coming in for the session.
